Conference

Conference fee is inclusive of admission to the Conference, Conference materials, and two vegetarian meals (lunch and tea-snack only).

  • Free admission for Sangha members
  • RM80 for adults delegates
  • RM50 for college & university students (aged 18 and above)
    Note: The number of participants is limited to 400 people.

Submission Deadline

Please submit your application by 16 Nov 2008 with full payment of Conference fee.

Cheque payable to “Nalanda Buddhist Society” and posted to:

OR

Thereafter, kindly fax or post the bank-in slip to the Secretariat at +603-8948-8055. Postal address is as stated above.

Confirmation

Registration must be accompanied with full payment. All successful registrants will be notified by e-mail/fax. The Conference does not accept “walk-in” participants.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, the organizer will refund delegates for registration fees paid, and will not be held responsible for any travel and/or accommodation expenses incurred.

Dress Code

All delegates must adhere to the formal dress code, which is “smart-casual”. Those in shorts, Bermudas, singlet or slippers will not be allowed entry.
