The Gimhana Retreat may be over, but our Dhamma practice continues!  Let us build on the momentum achieved so far, and strive on with discipline, devotion and determination.  We will begin the Service with sitting meditation, puja and chanting to quieten our minds and prepare for the session.  All are welcome to join us!
