Come and join us for this Service Sunday to reflect together on “The Power of the Mind”.  How does the wholesome and unwholesome mind affect our health as well as affect other people, the environment, and the planet?

We will begin the Service with sitting meditation, puja and chanting to quieten our minds before the Dhamma talk by Ayya Susila.  All are welcome!
