With the double objectives to introduce the Buddha’s lay and monastic disciples, and to provide a training ground for public speaking, Pustaka Nalanda is organising the story-telling workshops on 7, 13 and 21 October 2012, 2 – 5pm.

The participants are from Nalanda Youth Centre, Nalanda Dharma School and other divisions of Nalanda.  The three workshops are conducted by Mr. Vijaya Samarawickrama who holds an M.A. in Drama & Theatre from the University of Hawaii.

We hope that this initiative will serve as an important bridging step to train more people to share the Dhamma, and become effective speakers/teachers eventually.
