We congratulate all BPS 305 graduates and extend our deepest appreciation to all lecturers, facilitators and volunteers.
On Sunday 2 December 2018, Nalanda Institute Malaysia hosted a convocation ceremony for its largest cohort to-date – 68 graduates, who completed BPS 305 Certificate in Buddhist Studies, at Nalanda Centre, Sri Serdang. The 10-session course which comprised four modules over a single 4-month semester, introduced Dhamma learning in a structured, systematic and holistic manner.
The lecturers, Achariya Tan Siang Chye, Achariya Vijaya Samarawickrama and Achariya Tan Ho Soon reminded graduates that their learning journey has just started and exhorted them to continue through deep learning, reflection, contemplation, and Dhamma practice. Having benefited from this course, graduates were also advised that they should in turn support the learning of others in their own capacities and communities.
