One month ago today, 230 youths gathered at Chin Swee Caves Temple in Genting Highlands to participate in the inaugural Dhamma-Living Camp for Young Adults organised by Nalanda. The dynamic youths aged 18 to 35 came from as far as Kedah, Kelantan, Singapore, and even Indonesia. Not only that, among them were professionals such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, and accountants; and of course, students and undergraduates, too.
For 4 days, the enthusiastic youths indulged in learning Dhamma through inspiring talks and group discussions. Every morning and evening, there were chanting, meditation sessions, and communal meals. In short, everyone had a meaningful and spiritual time together with new-found ‘kalyana-mittas’.
Watch this high-spirited and energetic video produced by Bro. Ajita Lim, who also led the organizing team of the camp. We thank him and members of his excellent team for giving participants such an unforgettable Dhamma-learning experience! By means of gradual yet consistent practice, may we all recognize, and ultimately fulfill, our true potentials in life.
