Don’t count the days; make the days count

As we are confined to the physical boundaries of our homes together with our families, many people may start to feel certain mental challenges such as boredom, frustration and anxiety.  This can be overcome by developing mindfulness and wholesome qualities in our minds such as loving-kindness and equanimity.
