4 March was another joyful weekend for devotees in Taman O.U.G. and Happy Garden as the first Saturday of every month is the educational ‘Pindacāra’ programme organised by Nalanda Kuala Lumpur Branch at those markets.

Three venerable monks from Sentul Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple went on alms round, allowing devotees at the markets to perform wholesome acts and learn proper ways of supporting the monastic order. Nalandians also took the opportunity to promote the up-coming e-Run 2017, which is to help raise funds for community education.

The venerables and devotees later adjourned to NEO Centre Happy Garden. The volunteers and devotees attended a Dhamma sharing by Sis. Sua, who encouraged everyone to practise for the purpose of gaining wisdom.

We thank the venerable monks from Sentul Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple, Sis. Sua, volunteers, and devotees for your support and participation in this meaningful programme. May the merits accrued be shared with all beings. Sadhu anumodana!
