Nalanda founder Bro. Tan will be giving a series of Dhamma teachings based on the Pāli-Language ‘Dhammapada’ at the Buddhist Maha Vihara Kuala Lumpur, beginning 3 March, Friday, at 8.00pm. The ‘Dhammapada’ is among the most revered texts of the Theravada School. It contains concise yet inspirational teachings of the Buddha spoken on 300 occasions.
This also marks Bro. Tan’s first talk at the Maha Vihara in 8 years. His last lecture there in 2009, also on the ‘Dhammapada’, drew more than 400 participants. Don’t miss the opportunity to study this essential Buddhist text with a learned teacher.
