Youth leaders fuel-up for the year ahead

Youth leaders fuel-up for the year ahead

A joyful group photo with Youth Mentor Sis. Nandinī Tan, and Youth Centre senior leaders Bro. Yeo Disheng and Bro. Ajit Lim.

From 15 – 17 December, 20 leaders and core members of Nalanda Youth Centre retreated to Wisdom Park to review how the Youth Centre has progressed in 2023 and to prepare themselves for the year ahead.

Despite a very fruitful year of programmes and large-scale events, the Youths’ discussions focussed on the quality of their individual knowledge, skills, values and culture, and how they can heighten their awareness and commitment to Nalanda’s mission.  The sessions featured heart-to-heart sharings with Youth Mentor Sis. Nandinī Tan, and Youth Centre senior leaders Bro. Yeo Disheng and Bro. Ajit Lim, as well as discussions, presentations, reflections, and fellowship activities.

Joyful is learning when you have the support of good friends.

We rejoice in the growth of the Youth Centre and wish them to continuously stay humble and grounded, and maintain a high learning spirit.  Sadhu anumodana!
