Datuk Chia recently retired as Managing Director of UMLand Berhad, after a successful career with various corporations.  He is a well-known speaker, consultant, and leadership trainer with the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre in Ladakh.  He was also instrumental in the establishment of several Buddhist organizations in Malaysia.
