Nalanda is inviting applications for a Creative Design Associate to join our dedicated team.  This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals between the ages 18 to 35 with a passion for visual storytelling and Buddhist values to contribute their creativity in service of the community.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design banners, posters, brochures, and other visual materials for Nalanda programmes.
• Create and design layout for Nalanda Bulletins and other publications.
• Develop engaging social media graphics and digital content.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Nalanda’s mission.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide creative support for educational and outreach initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong eye for layout, colour, and typography.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Interest in Buddhist education and alignment with Nalanda’s mission and values is an added advantage.
