Empowering volunteers with facilitation skills

On Sunday 1 November, Nalanda’s Sunday Morning Service volunteers participated in a training session on “Facilitation Skills,” led by Sis. Paruadi Ramasamy, Director of the Training and Enhancement Centre (TEC).  The interactive session introduced key principles of effective facilitation, equipping participants with practical skills to guide discussions, encourage participation, and foster a conducive learning environment.

Through sharing and discussion, participants explored common challenges in facilitating group discussions and learned practical strategies to address them.  The session strengthened their ability to guide meaningful discussions and support active participation in Dhamma learning during Sunday Morning Services.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Sis. Paruadi Ramasamy for her valuable guidance and to all participants for their enthusiastic involvement.  May these skills empower our volunteers to create more engaging and meaningful learning experiences for the community!
