Dhamma-Living Camp 2

Important information for Participants

To help you prepare for the upcoming Camp, please read the following information carefully, and take actions where necessary.

Camp Objective

The objective of the Camp is learning how to live in accordance with the Dhamma.  Come prepared with an open heart and mind.  Thus, the specially-programmed activities allow us the time and space to experience the Dhamma.

Check-in on Friday, 18 March 2016

When you arrive on Friday morning, please leave your luggage in the Luggage Room on Level 11 for safe-keeping as we are only allowed to check-in after 12pm. Kindly secure your luggage and label them clearly with your name. After dropping off your luggage, please proceed to Level 6A for registration, which starts at 9am to 10am.

Check-out on Sunday, 20 March 2016

Check-out is at 4pm. Please notify us if you need to leave earlier than that.

Transport

There are buses departing for Genting Highlands from various locations in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.  Please refer here for the bus schedules and fares.  There is a free shuttle bus/van from First World Hotel (bus terminal, Platform 5) in Genting Highlands to Chin Swee Caves Temple, which departs hourly between 9am – 12pm, and 2pm – 9pm.

Parking

There are 62 covered parking spaces on level G to B3 in the main building, and 41 outdoor parking lots  on the same level as the lobby, about 10 minutes’ walk away from the main building. Please lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in them.

Vegetarian meals will be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Camp. Hot drinking water will be available from water dispensers on every floor, while snacks and beverage sachets can be obtained outside the main hall on Level 6A.
