4 July 2016 - 7 July 2016
To help you prepare for the upcoming Camp, please read the following information carefully, and take actions where necessary.
The objective of the Camp is to discuss and discover one’s ‘potential in life’, in accordance with the Dhamma. The activities are specially designed to complement the serene environment and allow us to experience spiritual insights. Please come with an open heart and mind.
Please arrive between 12pm and 1pm to register at Level 6A, Chin Swee Caves Temple. Kindly have your lunch before checking-in.
Check-out is at 3pm. Please notify us if you need to leave earlier than that.
There are buses departing for Genting Highlands from various locations in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Please refer here for the bus schedules and fares. There is a free shuttle bus / van from First World Hotel (bus terminal, Platform 5) in Genting Highlands to Chin Swee Caves Temple, which departs hourly between 9am – 12pm, and 2pm – 9pm.
There are 62 covered parking spaces on level G to B3 in the main building, and 41 outdoor parking lots on the same level as the lobby, about 10 minutes’ walk away from the main building. Please lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in them.
Vegetarian meals will be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Camp. Hot water is available from water dispensers on every floor, while snacks and beverage can be obtained outside the main hall on Level 6A.
Rooms are on a twin / triple-sharing basis. If you have a preferred room-mate, kindly inform us before 24 June.
We encourage participants to switch off their mobile telephones during the Camp for a fuller experience of the Dhamma, and to minimise disruption while activities are in progress. If you need to use your mobile telephone, please do so discreetly during break times, and with due consideration for your fellow participants.
