We invite everyone to join us every Wednesday at Nalanda Centre Sri Serdang for the weekly meditation practice with warm-hearted friends. The gathering is from 8pm to 10pm, with a sitting session, Dhamma sharing, and ending with dedication of merits. Those who are new to meditation will be given basic instructions to start practising. All are welcome!
