We would like to invite all youths for a special “Mettā Bhāvanā Revision Day” on Saturday, 30 June where we recollect what we have learned about “Mettā” at the recent ‘Meditation Day for Youths’ on 19 May. It is also the perfect time and place to reconnect with our spiritual friends, and motivate each other to strive towards true success and well-being in life.
