1 July 2013 marks Nalanda Institute’s 6th Anniversary.  Since its establishment in 2007, the Institute has successfully organised courses, conferences, seminars and study tours, benefiting more than 8,000 participants.

We wish to record our unreserved thanks to our Founding Director Achariya Dr. H S Tan, our earnest Director Achariya Vijaya Samarawickrama, all officers past and present, benefactors and sponsors, supporters and volunteers, as well as our alumni, for having faith and confidence in the Institute, and for your contributions over the past six years.

We look forward to doing more for the community, and for the advancement of Buddhist studies and practice.  We have faith that with such lofty aspirations and matching efforts, the Buddha-Sasana will continue its glorious shine for the happiness and well-being of many more!
