21 November 2015 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
‘Sangha Day’ is celebrated in November annually at Nalanda to express gratitude and support for the Sangha (monastic community) by offering robes and other requisites to monks and nuns. This is an important occasion for Buddhists to honour the virtues and contributions of the monastic community who strive diligently to bring the Buddha’s teaching for the benefit of mankind.
Nalanda Kuala Lumpur Branch will be observing this important day on Saturday 21 November, from 9am to 12pm, at NEO Centre Happy Garden. There will be Pūjā, chanting, the offerings of robes and alms-food to the Maha Sangha.
We invite you, together with your family and friends to participate in offering robes and requisites to Sangha members on this special occasion. For more information, please contact Sis. May Tan at 012-251-6202. All are welcome!
