Ven. Gunaratana is a renowned meditation teacher in the United States and Europe.

We are happy to announce that Ven. Sri Pandita Henepola Gunaratana Nāyaka Māha Thero, popularly known as “Bhante G”, will be traveling to Malaysia and staying over at NEO Centre Johor Bahru on Saturday, 9 January.

“Bhante G” is a renowned meditation teacher and author of several best-selling books on Buddhism.  He is the Abbot of Bhāvanā Society in the United States.  This would be his second visit to NEO Centre J.B.; his first visit was back in 2013.

We invite everyone interested to offer dāna to arrive at NEO Centre before 7am (for breakfast) and 11am (for lunch) on Saturday.  You may bring along cooked vegetarian food or fruits as offering.  All are welcome!
