We rejoice in the learning spirit and dedication of the Dhamma School teachers, volunteers and students from SKE.

From Saturday 23 to Sunday 24 August, Nalanda members hosted friends from Seck Kia Eenh, Melaka for the temple’s Dhamma School Teachers’ Retreat.  Led by SKE President Bro. Tan Kim See, Deputy President Bro. Danny Teoh and the School’s coordinator Sis. Lilian Quek, we warmly welcomed the group of 33 Dhamma School teachers, volunteers and students to Wisdom Park.

Invited speaker, Dr. Punna Wong guided the group to explore structuring Dhamma lessons for a more complete lesson guide.  The Dhamma School teachers then put what they learned into action with group discussions and presentations.  The Dhamma School students invited to join this Retreat, also learned together as they aspire to help the School in the future.
