On 31 August 2025, we commemorate the 19th anniversary of the passing of Nalanda’s late Spiritual Adviser – Most Venerable Dr. K. Sri Dhammananda Nāyaka Thero.  We warmly invite you to join us for a meaningful day of remembrance, reflecting on the teachings and lifetime contributions of the late venerable, this Sunday at Nalanda Centre.

The Observance Day programme begins at 9am with the Flag-raising Ceremony and Robe Procession from the K. Sri Dhammananda Centre to Nalanda Centre, followed by pūja offerings, chanting, and a Dhamma teaching by Ven. Prof. K. L. Dhammajoti.

You are also welcome to participate in the offering of lunch dāna to the venerable monks, and the dedication of merits.  Let us come together in gratitude and reverence to honour our late teacher.  All are welcome.
