‘Sin Chew’ reports Nalanda Free School’s community project

A special thanks to Sin Chew Daily journalist Sis. Pei Li for arranging this interview for us.

Nalanda Free School would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sin Chew Daily (Johor Bahru edition) for the special interview and feature on our community project.  This meaningful coverage not only helps the public better understand our educational mission and values, but also encourages us to continue moving forward with confidence and dedication.

Nalanda Free School was established in 2010 in Sri Serdang, guided by the principle that “The Heart of Education is Education of the Heart”, providing free academic support and educational assistance to students in need. Our Free School in JB branch was established in 2014, similarly run by a dedicated team of volunteer teachers, supporting students in overcoming learning challenges and helping them develop holistically in knowledge, skills, character, and personal growth.

Sis. Nandini sharing about the effort of Nalanda Free School to the community.

We sincerely thank the Nalanda JB Management Committee, our JB Free School leader Sis. Alice Yap, and all our volunteer teachers and helpers. Your steadfast dedication and selfless service allow us to continuously provide quality education and care to students in need.

Looking ahead, Nalanda Free School will continue to uphold the spirit of volunteerism and selfless service, actively promoting quality education, holistic development, and a culture of giving, nurturing young individuals who are balanced, confident, and joyful.

Once again, we sincerely thank Sin Chew Daily for the interview and feature, helping more people understand and support this social education mission. Together, may we continue to plant seeds of wisdom and compassion, benefiting our community and society.
