On Sunday 27 September, the Nalanda community gathered at Nalanda Centre for a meaningful Samaggi Morning Service, bringing together Dhamma School students, youths, parents and adult devotees for meditation, pūjā offerings and chanting.
In her Samaggi speech, Sis Nandinī Tan reflected on the importance of treasuring Nalanda’s 23-year legacy and the legacy of our late spiritual advisor, Ven. Dr. K. Sri Dhammananda (‘Warisan’), while looking ahead with vision (‘Wawasan’). She highlighted two key aspirations – the development of Wisdom Park Phase 2 as a Buddhist educational campus, and nurturing people to ensure the continued flourishing of Buddhist education. She also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the volunteers of the Asoka musical show for bringing the Dhamma to life through drama in a spirit of Samaggi, while supporting the fundraising efforts for Wisdom Park Phase 2.
