On 2 February 2026, as a meaningful conclusion to the enriching study tour to Bujang Valley, Nalanda members and devotees visited the Taiping Insight Meditation Society (TIMS) on their journey back to Kuala Lumpur. The group received a warm welcome from Bro. Lim, Sis. Lay Hoon, and members of the society.
During the visit, the group paid respects to Ven. Ariyadhammika and listened to a Dhamma talk. Venerable shared on the importance, purpose, and benefits of daily chanting. Regular chanting, he explained, helps to deepen faith and devotion, strengthen understanding of the core teachings, enhance focus and mindfulness, and bring blessings and protection. More importantly, it supports inner transformation through growing understanding and insight.

Warm welcome from Sis. Lim Lay Hoon from the management commmittee of Sāsānarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS).
Venerable also spoke about the upcoming launch of the SBS Chanting Book at Menara KEN TTDI, Kuala Lumpur on 7 February, a collective effort by many monks and the generosity of the wider Dhamma family and will be available for free distribution.
The visit concluded with the offering of requisites and a joyful fellowship session. We rejoice in the Dhamma reminder to practise diligently. May the launch of the SBS Chanting Book bring wide benefits and support the propagation of the Buddha’s teachings. Sadhu!
