Contact Managers training

Contact Managers training

On Saturday 4 October, Nalanda Training & Enhancement Centre (TEC) conducted its inaugural training for 40 Contact Managers, led by Director Sis. Paruadi and Bro. SY Tong.  The session aimed to deepen their understanding of this vital role in supporting Nalanda’s long-term Mission and Vision.

Throughout the training, Contact Managers gained greater clarity on how to care for volunteers’ well-being and manage various challenges, including conflict resolution, effective communication, skills development, ethics, and etiquette.  Practical group case studies provided valuable opportunities to share experiences and learn from one another.

This timely and beneficial training strengthens the capability of our Contact Managers as they continue to guide and support volunteers in their respective service areas.

Sis. Paruadi led the training with much energy, imparting guidance and advice useful for their service.

Bro. Tong Siong Yeow conducted a session on the values carried by a volunteer.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to TEC for organising this programme, and to all Contact Managers for their humility and dedication to continuous learning.  May we continue to work harmoniously and joyfully together for the progress of the Sāsana.
