Nalanda Centre has been buzzing with activity as Nalanda members and volunteers offer their time and service to help with the preparations for WACANA 2025, now just 3 days away!  From packing conference bags, preparing exhibition items, updating programme details, and coordinating logistics, the atmosphere is busy yet joyful.

There is definitely a sense of eager anticipation among members and volunteers who attended the final briefing last Sunday 14 December, where the latest updates and programme flow were shared and everyone better understand volunteer etiquette.  United in purpose, the team stands ready to be gracious hosts, embodying the spirit of Paṭisanthāra – strong spirit, togetherness, appreciative, resilient, and selfless.

We are grateful for the contribution of everyone who has been working tirelessly and selflessly for this meaningful event, which brings together Buddhist communities from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, including leaders, teachers, youths, devotees and volunteers to learn and discuss contemporary approaches to community well-being.  Sadhu!
