The Green Warriors, led by Dr. Chen, served at Nalanda Centre and KSDC.

On Saturday 26 September, the Green Warriors, led by Dr. Chen, served at Nalanda Centre and KSDC. They trimmed plants, replanted where needed, and cared for the surrounding grounds to keep the vicinity clean and well maintained.

Their service helps create a welcoming environment for everyone who comes to learn, practise, and serve. Nalanda’s education takes place not only through its programmes, but also through the conditions we create around them. A cared-for environment encourages mindfulness, respect, and shared responsibility.

Watering of plant was part of the essential tasks.

Wastes were collected at a designated area.

Replanting was carried out when necessary.

The condition of our centres also reflects the care and effectiveness of their management and operations. We thank Dr. Chen and the Green Warriors for their steady service in nurturing these spaces for the community.

Plants surrounding KSDC were trimmed too.
