Hosting UPM Buddhist Society meditation programme

From November to December, the UPM Buddhist Society has been organising Tuesday evening learning sessions at Nalanda Centre for students to learn meditation.  Guided by both monastic and lay teachers, the programme aims to introduce students to calming the mind, developing clarity, and better managing emotional anxiety.

Over the years, we have witnessed the growth and steadfast commitment of the UPM Buddhist Society, which has organised many programmes at Nalanda Centre for the spiritual development and well-being of its members.  We rejoice in their continued efforts to help students acquire valuable life skills, strengthen focus in their studies, and build greater mental resilience.  Sadhu!
