We rejoice in the learning spirit of our young Dhamma School students and all our facilitators.
On 3 to 5 March, 48 students and facilitators from Nalanda Junior Dhamma School spent the school holidays at Nalanda Centre to learn Dhamma and strengthen their bonds with spiritual friends. Over the three-day programme, the students developed a better understanding of the theme “Three Jewels – My Faith and Refuge”.
They learnt about the qualities of the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha which enabled them to have a deeper understanding and appreciation for the Three Jewels. At the same time, they also put the values of respect and gratitude into action by preparing and hosting a simple appreciation lunch for their parents at the conclusion of the stay-in programme.
