Nalanda study tour fosters Dhamma fellowship in Gurun
On 1 February 2026, a group of 43 Nalanda members and devotees who were on the study tour to Bujang Valley visited the Gurun Buddhist Association in Kedah. Nestled at the foothills of Gunung Jerai, the association warmly received the group, led by President Bro. Tan King Leong, Deputy President Bro. Heng Meng Huan, and their dedicated team members.
The visit provided a meaningful platform for both communities to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from one another in our shared mission of promoting Dhamma education to the wider community.

During the evening service, Sis. Nandini Tan fondly reminisced and shared about the support extended to Nalanda Sungai Petani Branch by the late Mr. Khaw Kheng Hooi, former president of Gurun Buddhist Association. His contributions remain deeply appreciated and remembered.
