In today’s fast-paced world, genuine warmth and kindness can feel scarce. The Buddha’s teachings on Loving-kindness (Metta) offer a powerful way to transform our hearts and improve our relationships.
This 12-week Metta Bhāvanā course includes step-by-step guidance including on foundational meditation techniques, emotional awareness, and to explore the profound teachings of the Karaniya Metta Sutta. Through weekly guided practice and Dhamma sharings, participants will learn to cultivate goodwill toward themselves and others, bringing more harmony into daily life.
