Effective 1 January 2026, Nalanda is required by regulations to comply with Tax Exemption Status under S44(6) of Income Tax Act 1967 and e-invoice Guidelines under Section 134(A) of the Income Tax Act 1967.

To facilitate our donors and benefactors in obtaining tax exemption receipts and e-invoices, Nalanda EXCO has shared an important notice at the Support page on Nalanda’s website.

The notice explains actions required for the issuance of tax-exemption receipts and e-invoices to be made within a limited time frame. Please take a moment to read the notice to understand more.
