Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation learning sessions & Weekly Meditation

We invite you to join a 10-week meditation programme introducing the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, based on the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, in a structured and accessible way to support meditators in developing a grounded daily practice.  The programme starts on 10 June to 9 September and sessions are held on Wednesdays from 8pm to 10pm.  You may register at this link and we hope that you also share this learning opportunity with your family and friends.

The Weekly Group Meditation will continue this Wednesday 26 May, at 8.30pm.  Let us gather to calm and cultivate the mind through meditation and mindful reflection.  Guidance will be provided for those new to meditation.  All are welcome.
