On Saturday 18 July, Nalanda leaders and members warmly welcomed Sangha members and devotees from the Sasana Abhiwurdhi Wardhana Society (SAWS) to Nalanda Centre. Led by Bro. A. Hemadasa, the group visited the ‘Terima Kasih, Dhammananda’ Special Exhibition, presented in conjunction with the 20th Memorial Observance of our late Spiritual Advisor, Ven. K. Sri Dhammananda.
As they viewed the exhibits and artifacts, the visitors expressed deep appreciation for Ven. Dhammananda’s lifelong dedication to preserving and propagating the Buddha’s Teaching, as well as his compassionate service to the Buddhist community. The exhibition provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on his enduring legacy and the profound impact of his life and work.
The group also visited the Wisdom Park Exhibition to learn more about the development of Wisdom Park Phase 2, an educational campus dedicated to nurturing future generations through Dhamma education for the long-term flourishing of the Buddha-Sāsana.
We sincerely thank our friends from SAWS for their visit and friendship, and look forward to continuing our shared efforts in enriching lives through Dhamma and education.
