On Tuesday 25 August, a public holiday, 20 Nalanda young adults spent a refreshing day surrounded by nature at Rimbamama Farm, Janda Baik. The visit was an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with nature.
The group was warmly welcomed by the hosts, Lucy, YK and their son Jien, who shared their family’s efforts to preserve the surrounding forest. The young adults started their journey through jungle trails and were introduced to the diverse wildlife and plants. After the trail walk, the group gathered by the river for a short meditation, taking a quiet moment to appreciate the peaceful surroundings.

The visit reminded the young adults of the importance of appreciating and preserving nature. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Lucy, YK and Jien for warmly hosting the Nalanda young adults and sharing their love for nature with us.
