We are happy to announce that the popular Nalanda ‘Family Fun Fair’ (FFF) is back and will be held on Sunday, 17 August, from 9am to 3pm.  This annual event brings together the community to support educational programmes of Nalanda Free School, Nalanda Institute, Dharma School, Library and Youth Centre.  Funds raised will also be channeled towards  building a teaching hall, hostel and ancillary facilities at Wisdom Park.

Since its inception, Nalanda has organised many educational programmes such as Dhamma courses, forums, conferences, and camps aimed at developing effective leaders and responsible individuals living wholesome and productive lives.  Every year, these free programmes help thousands of children, teenagers, youths and adults to develop their values, self-esteem and wholesome character.

We invite you, your family members and friends to support this event by:

– Setting up a stall to sell food, beverages or suitable merchandise;

– Making a donation to the event or directly to the Society;

– Helping to sell coupons;

– Becoming a volunteer;

– Bringing your friends and family to the Fair.

You can also sponsor a ‘Carebag’ at RM20 a bag to gift provisions to the less fortunate. Provisions and daily needs items will be sent to senior citizen’s and children’s homes by our volunteers.
