In today’s fast-changing and uncertain world, emotional stability is an essential skill for personal growth and success. Hence, Nalanda Youth Centre is organising a workshop on “Emotional Stability” for students aged 16 to 23. It will equip participants with practical tools to build resilience, remain calm under pressure, and face life’s challenges with clarity.
The workshop will be led by Bro. Aggaphala Yap, a registered and licensed counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Guidance from Universiti Putra Malaysia. With experience working in colleges and universities, Bro. Phala has conducted workshops on stress management and emotional well-being, empowering youths to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.
Held at Nalanda Centre, Sri Serdang, this one-day workshop will be conducted in a mix of Mandarin and English. It features inspiring talks, activities and group discussions designed to help participants cultivate self-awareness and strengthen emotional resilience in daily life.
