3 day to Buddha Day – bringing forth a meaningful observance

3 days to Buddha Day 2026.

This year’s Buddha Day Observance at Nalanda Buddhist Society will span a week from Saturday, 30 May to Sunday, 7 June. The Organising Committee led by Sis. Livin Leow and Sis. Loh Pei Qi began preparations two months ago, with working teams comprising members from across the Society’s learning divisions — bringing together devotees, youths, Dhamma School students, and volunteers in a spirit of unity and service.

Inspired by selfless and altruistic intentions, the Nalanda community hopes to bring forth a spiritual experience for devotees, with opportunities to learn, give and rejoice. Sincere acts of kindness, compassion, and goodwill towards the world remain among the most meaningful ways to honour the Enlightened One.
