Members rejoicing over another successful Family Fun Fair.

The Family Fun Fair just concluded on Sunday 17 August, and what a radiant day it was!  From the very first light of dawn, eager volunteers and stall operators arrived, filled with energy and ready to serve—setting the tone for a day brimming with kindness and purpose. 

More than 8,000 people came to support the Fair with families streaming in and children’s laughter echoing around.  Over 160 vibrant stalls were set up offering everything from food and beverages to groceries and everyday items.  Every smile, every cheer, every joyful step reflected the loving intention behind the Fair—to support building Wisdom Park Phase 2, and holistic education through Nalanda Free School, Dhamma School and Youth Centre.

Everyone is delighted that a contribution has been made to support the holistic education Nalanda is providing.

A special highlight of the day was the opportunity to sponsor Care‑Bags—RM20 each—filled with essentials for senior citizens and children in need, generously delivered by volunteers. 

Thank you to every volunteer, stall‑operator, donor, family, and friend who came together in service and joy. Your presence turned the Fair into a living celebration of compassion. Let’s carry this warmth forward until we meet again next year!
