The joyful occasion was to celebrate students’ academic achievements, positive learning attitude and good behaviour throughout the year. The teachers expressed approval of individual students not only for improvements seen in their exam results, but also in their conduct and overall character development.

The occasion also provided an opportunity for students to show their gratitude and appreciation to their teachers. The trip was led by the Free School Principal Sister Lee, with the assistance of 5 volunteer teachers. The aim of the outing was to provide students and teachers with opportunity to bond outside the classroom, with team-building activities to help them understand the importance of cooperation and teamwork.

Two teenagers who were on their semester break conducted the two-day motivational workshop for these children, giving them revision in English and Mathematics and preparing them for the new school term next year.
