From 6 to 12 December, peace and calm radiated across Wisdom Park during the Meditation Retreat led by Ven. Luang Por Viradhammo. Over 60 retreatants and volunteers broke-away from the daily grind to progress in their mindfulness practice with his guidance, and serve the community of practitioners.
Luang Por gave teachings on developing and deepening our meditation, as well as on how to enhance our awareness in daily life to see our emotions and thoughts as they arise and fall away. Retreatants were also able to seek advice from Luang Por pertaining to their progress and how to over the hindrances.
We extend our deepest appreciation to Ven. Luang Por Viradhammo for his compassion in guiding us, and wish him the very best of health. Our thanks go to the organisers, participants and volunteers for supporting the learning of this ennobling practice of ‘bhāvanā’.
