Nalanda Family Fun Fair in JB

The Family Fun Fair is back in Johor Bahru!  We joyfully invite you to participate in this wholesome event to raise funds for the provision of community education programmes in J.B.  The much-loved ‘Family Fun Fair’ will take place on Sunday, 21 September, and will feature over 70 stalls offering a diverse range of home-cooked food, fresh produce, and household items.

Just 2 days to Nalanda Family Fun Fair : Canopies now standing high

For the past 2 days, Nalanda members and volunteers have been working hand in hand to prepare the field for the Fun Fair. 49 white-tipped canopies are now standing high, connected by netting to keep us all a bit cooler. Volunteers will be back at Nalanda Centre to continue with preparations even as we host the morning Pindacāra (alms-round) programme at the Seri Kembangan market from 8.30am to 9.30am.

3 days to Nalanda Family Fun Fair : Endearing stage performances

This Sunday 17 August, the Family Fun Fair will be filled with joyful stage performances throughout the day! We warmly present performances by Nalanda Dhamma Schools, Nalanda Youth Centre, Maestro Studio, MyDiabolo Academy, and more. Over the past weeks, students, youths, and adults have been joyfully rehearsing beautiful hymns and songs to share with everyone at the Fair. Around noon, don’t miss a special talk show by 988 FM Deejay Mr. Chan Fong.
