Themed “Joy of Dhamma”, this meaningful gathering allowed families from different regions to connect through shared learning, reflection, and wholesome fun in a peaceful setting.

Read moreFrom 17 to 23 June, we were honoured to host Ven. Ayya Hāsapañña and Ven. Ayya Jotikā on their maiden visit to Nalanda Centre and Wisdom Park. Both Venerables were in Malaysia to conduct a Dhamma Camp for Friends of Wisdom Park Singapore Chapter. Ven. Ayya Hāsapañña is the current abbot of Dhammasara Nuns Monastery, while Ven. Ayya Jotikā is her student in the same monastery.

Exploring the theme ‘Happily Do We Live’, the two days non-stay-in camp gave the adult participants opportunities to experience deeper happiness in life by inculcating Dhamma as a way of life – by cultivating dāna, sīla and bhāvanā, the happiness derived is more lasting and satisfactory, and not dependent on worldly pleasures.
