The first step is to adjust our attitude to know and accept that impermanence and change is a part of life change. And when we face the eight worldly winds of gain & loss, fame & ill fame, praise & blame, pleasure & pain, we should hone ourselves to be unattached to changing circumstances and maintain equanimity to be emotionally stable.
