The Family Fun Fair is just around the corner – it’s next Sunday 28 July! Preparations are fully ramped up as Nalanda members, youths, students and volunteers meet almost daily to prepare their offerings, finalise stall layouts and logistics these few days. Fun Fair Volunteers are also getting ready as they gather for a briefing session this Sunday 1pm at Nalanda Centre.

He shared that Dhamma cultivation brings us on a path that goes against the worldly norms which can be difficult to walk. Evelyn Chow visited Tzu Chi Recycling Centre in Seri Kembangan to learn and understand the types of materials which can be recycled as well as the proper ways to prepare them after use. With this knowledge and hands-on learning experience, the youths are upskilling themselves to reduce waste at the upcoming Family Fun Fair through cleaning and recycling.

The conference features a diverse panel of international researchers and speakers, and includes a special briefing by Dr. Nasha Rodziadi Khaw – Centre for Global Archeological Research, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
